How can I participate in the Live Vectric Group Training Zoom classes?

To join the Live Vectric Group Training Zoom classes, you need to be a paid subscribed member.

How will I know when the classes are scheduled?

Once you're a subscribed member, you will receive an automated email invite 24 hours prior to the class. Additionally, you'll receive a reminder 1 hour before the live meeting. Classes are typically scheduled for every Thursday at 5 pm eastern time.

I didn’t receive my email invite. How else can I access the Zoom class?

No worries at all! We've made some updates. We no longer send email notifications for Live classes. Instead, you can directly access the live Zoom links through the 'Meetup' tab on our private community at https://communities.kajabi.com/learnyourcncacademy/meetups.

Simply find the lesson with the relevant date and time, and you’ll find the Zoom link there.

Alternatively, for real-time notifications, consider downloading the Mobile Course App. This way, you'll receive timely updates and never miss a class.

How can I ensure I don't miss the next class?

Once you're on the meetup page and locate the lesson with the correct date and time, you’ll notice an 'Add to Calendar' button. Clicking on this will allow you to add the Zoom meeting to your personal calendar, ensuring you get your own reminders.

What if I face issues while joining the class?

If you face any technical difficulties or have concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist and ensure you have a seamless learning experience.

Are there any specific technical requirements to join the Zoom class?

You would need a stable internet connection and the Zoom application installed on your device. Ensure you test your audio and video before the session begins to prevent any disruptions during the class (if you plan to use your audio or video - those are optional and you can just watch the lesson).

Can I ask questions during the live training?

Yes, the live sessions are interactive, and you're encouraged to participate and ask questions. We believe in a collaborative learning environment.

I missed the live training. Can I access the class recording?

Absolutely! If you couldn't attend the live training, we provide replays of each session. They are usually uploaded within 6 hours after the meeting ends.

Where can I find the replays of the classes?

All replays are archived and made available for review on our blog. You can access them directly at https://academy.learnyourcnc.com/blog.

Will I be notified when the replay is available?

Yes, we've got you covered! You'll receive an email containing the link to the replay lesson within 24 hours of the live session. This ensures that even if you miss the live training, you won’t miss out on the learning.

How long will the replays be available to watch?

The replays are available indefinitely in your account as long as your are an active subscribed member. So you can revisit the lessons as many times as you'd like, at your convenience.

Can I search for specific topics within the replays?

Your account library provides a user-friendly interface allowing you to search for specific topics or lessons. This ensures you can quickly find and review any specific segment you're interested in.
