How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time within your Student Settings.

If you paid for a subscription using a credit card, here are the steps to cancel your recurring subscription:
- First log into your account here.
- After logging in, click your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the drop down to take you into your Account Settings.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Scroll down to the Active Subscriptions section.
- Click the 3 dots next to the subscription that you would like to cancel.
- Select the Cancel this subscription button.
- After you click Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
- Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription offer at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can view your canceled subscription and access end date in your Billing Info settings.
Cancel a Subscription that was Paid with PayPal
If you paid for a subscription using your PayPal account, here are the steps to cancel your recurring subscription:
- First log into your account here.
- After logging in, click your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the drop down to take you into your Account Settings.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Scroll down to the Active Subscriptions section.
- Click the 3 dots next to the subscription that you would like to cancel.
- Select the Cancel in PayPal button.
- You will then be redirected to PayPal, were you must log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Payments in the top menu.
- Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel in the left sidebar.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Confirm you wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments.
- Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription offer at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can view your canceled subscription and access end date in your Billing Info settings.
