How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time within your Student Settings.

Cancel a Subscription that was Paid with a Credit Card

If you paid for a subscription using a credit card, here are the steps to cancel your recurring subscription:

  • First log into your account here.
  • After logging in, click your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the drop down to take you into your Account Settings.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  • Scroll down to the Active Subscriptions section.
  • Click the 3 dots next to the subscription that you would like to cancel.
  • Select the Cancel this subscription button.
  • After you click Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
  • Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription offer at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You can view your canceled subscription and access end date in your Billing Info settings.

Cancel a Subscription that was Paid with PayPal

If you paid for a subscription using your PayPal account, here are the steps to cancel your recurring subscription:

  • First log into your account here.
  • After logging in, click your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the drop down to take you into your Account Settings.
  • Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  • Scroll down to the Active Subscriptions section.
  • Click the 3 dots next to the subscription that you would like to cancel.
  • Select the Cancel in PayPal button.
  • You will then be redirected to PayPal, were you must log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Payments in the top menu.
  • Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
  • Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Cancel button.
  • Confirm you wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments.
  • Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription offer at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You can view your canceled subscription and access end date in your Billing Info settings.
