Can I pause my subscription payments?
Yes, eligible members can pause their subscription payments.
Pausing your subscription will immediately stop future payments and revoke access to the product until you choose to resume.
Here’s how it works:
- You can pause your membership for up to 90 days

You can pause once per 365-day period
While paused:
- You will not be billed
- You will not have access to LVGT membership benefits
- Your grandfathered rate will be preserved
- Before the 90-day period ends, we’ll reach out so you can choose to either resume or cancel your membership
- If we do not hear back from you within the 90-day period, your subscription will automatically resume
If you choose to cancel instead of resuming, please note that you will lose your grandfathered rate.
When you resume, your billing date will remain the same as it was before the pause. For example:
- Monthly Example: If your subscription originally renewed on the 10th of each month, it will continue to renew on the 10th once payments resume
- Annual Example: If your subscription originally renewed on March 1st, it will continue to renew on March 1st each year after the subscription is resumed
