Can I pause my subscription payments?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. Pausing your subscription will immediately stop future payments and revoke access to the product until you choose to resume.

You can resume payments whenever you're ready, and access will be restored immediately. However, please note that your billing date will remain the same as it was before the pause. For example:

• Monthly Example: If your subscription originally renewed on the 10th of each month, it will continue to renew on the 10th once payments resume, no matter how long the pause lasted.
• Annual Example: If your subscription originally renewed on March 1st, it will continue to renew on March 1st each year after the subscription is resumed.
