Resolving the "We Could Not Deliver Email" Alert
Why am I seeing an alert on my account?
If you see a red alert on your Learn Your CNC Academy Library page that says:
"We could not deliver email to [your email address]. Click here to update your email address,"
this means there was an issue delivering emails to the email address linked to your account.
What causes this error?
This alert may display for the following reasons:
- Invalid email address – The email address may not exist or was entered incorrectly.
- Temporary delivery issues – Email services occasionally experience short-term issues.
- Custom email domains – Emails sent to custom domains (e.g., @yourdomain.com) can sometimes face more delivery challenges compared to standard providers like Gmail or Yahoo.
How do I fix this error?
- Verify your email address.
- Double-check that your email address is entered correctly in your account settings.
- If it is incorrect, click the alert and update your email address.
- Contact us.
- If your email address is correct, reach out to our support team at support@learnyourcnc.com. Let us know about the error message.
- We’ll send a test email to your account to help clear the error.
- Respond to the test email.
- If you receive the test email successfully, reply to confirm, and the error message should disappear automatically.
- Consider using a different email address.
- If the test email does not deliver and the alert persists, you may need to update your account with a different email address (e.g., Gmail or Yahoo) to ensure smooth communication.
Will I still receive emails from Learn Your CNC Academy while this alert is active?
