What if a customer requests a refund?
We require all partners to honor a 30-day refund policy. If a customer requests a refund within this period, you can process it on your end and notify us at partners@learnyourcnc.com. We’ll deactivate the course code to remove that customer's access. Deactivated codes are not restocked automatically; however, the partner will receive a credit equivalent to the refunded code(s) to apply toward their next bulk purchase.
