What to Expect After Booking a 1:1 Appointment ?
Below is a guide on what to expect and how to access Zoom meeting confirmation and reminders after successfully booking an appointment.
1. Confirmation Email
After successfully signing up for a Zoom meeting, you'll receive a confirmation email.
This email contains important details, including the Zoom meeting link.
2. Zoom Link in Email
Click on the Zoom link provided in the confirmation email. This will redirect you to the Zoom webpage.
3. Joining a Zoom meeting
Watch this video tutorial on how to join the zoom meeting.
4. Reminder Email
About an hour before the meeting, you'll receive a reminder email. This email also contains the Zoom link for quick access.
5. Add to Calendar (Optional)
In both the confirmation and reminder emails, you have the option to "Add to Calendar."
Clicking this button will integrate the meeting details into your calendar for easy reference.
