Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Subtitle Changes for Videos

How to Change Subtitles on Videos?

To change the subtitles on a video, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the CC Button: While watching the video, find the CC (Closed Captioning) button. It is usually located in the lower-right corner of the video player.

  2. Click the CC Button: Click on the CC button to access the subtitle options.
  3. Select Preferred Language: A menu will pop up showing the available subtitle languages.

Click on your preferred language from the list. The subtitles will now be displayed in your selected language.

Which languages are currently supported for subtitles?

We currently support the following languages for subtitles:

  • English
  • Français (French)
  • Deutsch (German)
  • Italiano (Italian)
  • 中文 (Chinese)
  • Português (Portuguese)
  • Español (Spanish)

Please note that the subtitles and languages are automatically generated and could include some grammatical errors.

Will the chosen subtitle language be remembered for future videos?

The selected subtitle language is often specific to the video you're currently watching. If you navigate away from the video or close the video player, the subtitle language settings might not be retained for your next video. You'll need to repeat the process for each new video.
