  1. What should I do if my merchandise order is lost during transit?

If your order is lost during transit, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

Before proceeding with the replacement, we may request your assistance in confirming the correct shipping address.

  1. What happens if a merchandise product is damaged in transit?

3.What is the time-frame for submitting claims for merchandise returns or exchanges?

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  1. What should I do if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, you are responsible any issues or delays this may cause.

If the package is sent back to the return address, we can reship the order but we must get your correct address first.

5.How are merchandise returns handled for quality concerns or customer changes?

Merchandise returns or problems resulting from an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

However, please note that we do not accept merchandise returns for products due to wrong size being ordered or without any defect.

  1. How long does it take to process a refund for a lost package?

Refunds for lost packages will be processed as soon as the claim is verified.

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. What if my order shows it is being returned to sender?

If your order is being returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed customs, refusal by the end customer, or any other reason, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.

Please note that new shipping charges will apply for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address initially provided.

8.What happens if a merchandise package appears as delivered but you haven't received it?

If the tracking status shows that the package was delivered by the carrier, but you report that you have not received it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

In some cases, the delivery may have been made, but the package might have been left in an unexpected location at your address.

We advise you to reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were provided by the delivery person.
